Preschool Teacher: Spark a Love for Learning!

We are seeking a passionate and creative Preschool Teacher to join our amazing team. In this role, you’ll be a guide, a mentor, and a playmate, helping prepare children for their next big step: kindergarten. What You’ll Do:
- Bring Learning to Life: Implement our play-based curriculum with engaging activities, storytelling, music, and art that make every day an adventure.
- Create a Happy Classroom: Foster a warm, inclusive, and joyful environment where every child feels safe, seen, and ready to learn.
- Encourage Growth: Guide children as they learn important social skills, make friends, solve little problems, and build confidence.
- Be a Team Player: Work closely with parents, sharing daily updates and insights into their child’s progress.
- Champion Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure classroom, ensuring the well-being of all children according to state licensing standards.
- Collaborate and Grow: Share ideas and energy with a fantastic team of fellow educators and participate in ongoing training.
What You’ll Need:
- ECE Units: A minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool.
- A Love for Kids: A genuine passion, patience, and warmth for teaching young children.
- Great Communication Skills: The ability to connect easily with kids, parents, and staff.
- Team Spirit: A positive, can-do attitude and a love for working with others.
- CPR & First Aid: Certification is required, or you must be willing to get it right away.

Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
- Benefits: 401(k) (with matching), Employee discount, Health insurance, Paid time off, Professional development assistance, Referral program, Tuition reimbursement.
- Schedule: 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, Day shift, Monday to Friday.
