👶 Infant/Toddler Teacher (Infant Care Specialist)

About the Role:

As an Infant Care Specialist, you’ll support the emotional, cognitive, and physical development of babies and toddlers. You’ll create nurturing routines and developmentally appropriate activities like art, circle time, and exploratory play that lay the foundation for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a warm and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Handle daily routines including diapering, feeding, and hygiene
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children
• Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress and routines
• Attend regular staff meetings and participate in training
• Follow all licensing and safety regulations
• Serve as a mandated reporter for child safety
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead Teacher or Director

Qualifications:

• 12 ECE Units required, including 3 units in Infant/Toddler Care
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Prior experience in a licensed infant care setting
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing, patient demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

🎨 Preschool Teacher

About the Role:

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll guide children through a structured, play-based curriculum that prepares them for kindergarten. Your work will support each child’s emotional, cognitive, and social development while helping them build independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative and developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Use storytelling, crafts, music, and hands-on activities to teach key skills
• Support social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among peers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment
• Track developmental milestones and communicate regularly with parents
• Collaborate with co-teachers to ensure a positive classroom culture
• Follow all safety and licensing regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher
• Strong understanding of child development and early education principles
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• CPR Certification (preferred)
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• CDA or other teaching credentials (preferred)
