Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative, developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Utilize storytelling, crafts, music, and hands-on activities to teach key skills and concepts.
• Support social-emotional learning and facilitate conflict resolution among children.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment that encourages exploration.
• Track developmental milestones for each child and communicate regularly with parents about their progress.
• Collaborate effectively with co-teachers to ensure a cohesive and positive classroom experience.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and licensing regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher.
• Strong understanding of child development and early education principles.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CDA or other teaching credentials (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position with an expected 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on 8-hour shifts.
